1.1 Area of validity

The Privacy Policy applies to the Neustark AG websites. Neustark AG accepts no liability of any kind and does not provide any guarantee for compliance with data protection regulations for external websites that are linked to the Neustark AG websites.

1.2 Collection and use of information

When you access our website, the following usage data is stored: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information on the operating system and browser. This data will be analyzed anonymously for the purposes of identifying usage trends and improving our online services. This information is collected via a cookie and can be disabled (See cookie policy).

Neustark may for administrative purposes share data submitted by individuals in the course of job applications with third parties in Switzerland and/or abroad as part of a planned and secure process.

1.4 Legal basis

This Privacy Policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, Swiss law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Bern, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
